Production
Manual harvest of selected grapes, very ripe and in perfect health.
Pressing with a soft press and fermentation at a temperature not exceeding 20°C and subsequent refinement on the noble lees for three months. The wine obtained is bottled and marketed in the spring following the year of harvest.
Organoleptic characteristics:
COLOR: Bright straw yellow.
FRAGRANCE: Aromatic and persistent with complex notes of elderberry and sage.
TASTE: Harmonious, balanced and persistent.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12.5% vol.
Food pairings:
Ideal accompaniment to appetizers, delicate first courses, seafood and white meats. Also excellent on its own and with cheese-based aperitifs
