High spurred cordon

Production
Early manual harvesting of selected grapes in perfect health.
Pressing with a soft press and fermentation at a temperature not exceeding 18°C.
Refermentation in an autoclave at low temperature and short maturation period on the yeasts.

Organoleptic characteristics:
COLOR: Straw yellow, clear
BOUQUET: Intense and persistent, fruity (golden apple, peach and apricot) and floral (acacia flower and wisteria).
TASTE: Dry, quite warm, soft, savory and with good acidity.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 11.5% vol.

Food pairings:
Excellent as an aperitif, it accompanies appetizers, salami, coppa, fresh cheeses and first courses such as tortelli with tail

Service:
Serve cold at 8°-10° C.
