Produced with Chardonnay grapes harvested by hand from the best vineyards in the area. Soft pressing of the grapes, static decantation of the must obtained and alcoholic fermentation at low temperature. The secondary fermentation is carried out in the bottle using the traditional "classic" method, followed by refinement of the wine on the yeasts for 28 months. Before being put on sale the wine is "disgorged", to eliminate the yeast deposit.
