Produced with Pinot Noir and Ortrugo grapes harvested by hand from the best vineyards in the area.
Soft pressing of the grapes, static decantation of the must obtained and alcoholic fermentation in steel and partly in barrique. Aging on noble lees for 6/8 months and on yeasts for 30 months. Before being put on sale the wine is "disgorged", to eliminate the
yeast storage.

COLOR: Straw yellow, clear
BOUQUET: Intense, elegant with floral and bread crust notes
TASTE: Dry, warm, savory and harmonious.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12% vol.
